I can't handle being limited to one PM2. How can I get 2 (or more)?
2 options! #1 You can double your PM2 pledge amount as added funds, and the $ will appear as a BackerKit credit in the survey, allowing you to add on the second PM2. #2 If you have not already backed, we just added an option to order a second PM2 in the add on section of the pledge itself.
If you already added funds, you do not need to re-do your pledge! It works the same way with both options, so you are fine whichever way you do it.

How does the Outdoor Anchor work?
The Outdoor Anchor allows for more versatility and extra length for the PM2. Because the webbing between the handles is shorter it can limit where you can set up the PM2 if you aren’t using it on a door. We don’t like limits placed on our wildness, so the Outdoor Anchor gives you more set up options! It functions similar to a hammock strap, you cinch the strap around an object (stair rail, beam, branch, pullup bar, very tall Sasquatch, and then you clip the PM2 into one of the daisy chain loops using a carabiner. That’s it!

Just pledge for a non-tactical PM2 or Ecosystem, and we’ll do the rest. The upgrade will be automatic and will be done on our end. You don’t need to do anything else. Relax and enjoy some iced tea!

What about customs fees and import taxes?
As noted in the campaign (but we know it’s long and it might get missed!) we do not cover customs fees or taxes for importing goods from the US. This is something you will need to plan for. Most countries have calculators to help you estimate.
If you choose to reject your item at the customs level due to the fees, we will not be able to issue a refund. When items are rejected at customs, we have to pay expensive fees to get the item returned to us, otherwise, it is destroyed.

Can I substitute the items in the Ecosystem?
The Ecosystem is perfection as it is, so no substitution is possible. If you just want to add an Isocore X (or 360) they will likely be add-on items in the BackerKit survey, or if you just can’t wait, they are available in our monkii.co store currently!

I just moved/am moving soon! How do I change my address!
We do not use Kickstarter addresses to ship. That info comes from the BackerKit survey that we will email to you after the campaign ends, but before your items ship. We send those much closer to shipping to avoid address errors, so you can just wait to fill it in there with the proper address!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
